We had looked at quite a few properties for our eventual retirement home before we met Gabriela. We noticed right away that she was different. She was very interested in knowing what we were looking for and matching it up with something that she thought would be the perfect fit. She suggested a property in Dos Mangas, and I am so happy that she did. We were on our last days for the purchase and time was tight. She set us up with an expat service and we managed to close the deal. This was back in 2020 and since then, she has managed this property for us with a long-term renter. I am Patrick, a Canadian! I would just like to put this message out there to the world. I just recently bought a new house in Ecuador and of course I thought it was going to be a very scary process, and I was not sure, I don't even speak any Spanish whatsoever but it was not! Gabriela Lazzaro is a realtor in Olon, Ecuador. I hooked up with her via YouTube video done by Amelia and JP who do great YouTube videos about Ecuador. Todd Hebert of Inti Luz Properties has been managing my condo in Olon, Ecuador since May of 2016. During that time Todd has been responsible, dependable, and trustworthy. It has been very comforting for me to be able to depend on Todd and know that all issues will be resolved when I am over 3,000 miles away. My condo unit is in a building that is a new construction and there have been many issues with the building where repairs were needed. What an incredible stay we had. As a family with young children, we wanted (needed) a house that would not only offer comfort but practicality too and I am pleased to say that Inti Luz did not let us down. The house is private, quiet and has the most incredible views. Having a pool was a huge bonus for us as popping down to the beach isn't without its challenges when you have a 10 month in tow! The wonderful thing about this home was that we didn't feel we needed to leave and head out to the beach as it gave us everything we wanted which was great for the days when the kids needed some all-important downtime! We were also incredibly happy with the fact that there was plenty of room for us to invite friends over too. The location is perfect too. It is at the top of a very steep hill but with a car, it's very easily accessible. Only 5 minutes down to the town but far enough away to offer peace and tranquility.
